Let's start the day with some yummy stretches! in this class we will open the body in all of the areas that tend to get tight from lying in bed all night.
In this class we use deep relaxation and visualization to bring our Chakras back into alignment.You can do this meditation seated or lying down. Make yourself comfortable and tune in to your body.
Let's take work we did on the hips yesterday even deeper and evolve in mermaid pose and maybe even king pigeon. See you on the mat!
