I also teach you how to avoid common yoga pitfalls when it comes to the knees. If we're not careful, many yoga poses can actually contribute to knee pain. Here I teach you how to avoid and modify those postures. Position yourself near a wall for this class and make sure to have a blanket and a block. Your knees will love you!
