After a month of sculpting, I felt like another yoga in bed class was needed. This brand new video is a delicious one to take on the road when traveling or in hotel rooms. If you can remember back to when I won the Youtube Next Up contest in August, THIS was the class I filmed when I was there. This peaceful bedroom is actually a "haunted mansion" Halloween set Youtube had built at the time. I switched some things around to try to make it look like my fantasy bedroom.
