All yoga is generally great for stress and anxiety, but I designed this "Yoga for Anxiety" class with the theme of "grounding" in mind during a time when I was feeling particularly stressed, overwhelmed and disconnected from my practice. After enhancing the sequence as much as possible - now it's here to share with you! And it's a full 60 minute yoga class.
If you're feeling anxious, overworked, stressed, disconnected, or have been away from your yoga practice (or just have a lot going on right now), this will get you grounded and feeling great - fast.
We repeat a vinyasa flow sequence that is strong (intermediate level) but nothing too intense. This stress relief sequence ends with long luxurious forward folds. You'll feel strong and profoundly relaxed.
