4. New Year's Resolutions OR Write a vision for the next 6-months. If there's something in particular you're trying to manifest, plant the seed for it here. Write how you plan to nurture this project or idea from here until July. (when the Sagittarius full moon rolls around again.)
5. Think about our upcoming New Year's challenge. How do you personally want to challenge yourself? (could mean doing these classes, or not). How do you want to approach it? (keep in mind self love) Do you want to try to do the Detox Yoga Fusion 21 days of yoga in a row? Would you prefer to do another training plan?
