2) What is your "stress signature" on a physical level? How do you notice you're stressed in your body?
3) What is your top 3 or top 5 "stressful stories." Write them out.
4) Can you "name" each of these stories or voices?
5) How do you "react unskillfully" to stress and anxiety?
6) Do you motivate yourself more with the stick, the carrot or by a mission/vision?
