This is our heart chakra meditation for week 4 of the Chakra Challenge. It's time to open yourself to love and compassion by doing this guided meditation with me.
The fourth chakra or anahata chakra is the center of our body's chakra system. It is the wellspring of warmth, compassion, joy and love. In Sanskrit, the fourth chakra is called Anahata, which means “unstruck” or “unhurt.” When you open your heart chakra, you are flowing with deep love and compassion, you have the gift of being forgiving and you are able to easily accept others and yourself.
By meditating on our heart chakra, we are opening our awareness into to the universal love to others and our true self.
