Dim the lights, consider lighting a candle, and get ready for 30-luxurious minutes of self-care. You don't need fancy props to reap the benefits of this class. However, you will want some pillows, couch cushions, and a tight woven blanket so you can be fully supported and blissed-out in each pose. Enjoy!
