Release your low back pain with this simple, guided stretch. This is my "go-to" pose for low back pain relief. Props needed: a belt (any pants, belt, scarf, or makeshift strap will do) and one cushion (optional).
This stretch has it's roots in yin yoga principals, but no yoga experience is required to gift your low back this release. It's easy and appropriate for all levels.
