Get ready for a wild ride! Today on Day 7 is nothing like I've done before on my channel. We're completely changing it up, we are going to do not a vinyasa or hatha style yoga class, but we're going to do a full on kundalini kriya yoga together. If you've never done kundalini yoga before, you have to know that a lot of the exercises are actually designed to trigger you. It has a lot of repetitive movements, breath works and if you start to feel frustrated or angry or triggered by the exercise, that's exactly the point. Keep an open mind for this one and stay with it. I'll see you on the mat!
